🧑🏫 0.1 About the Enrollment Process
To become a Clearent merchant your company will need to go through the enrollment process.
This process normally takes a few minutes, but in rare cases might take a few days. It involves the Clearent team reviewing your company’s financial standing.
The best part is there are no specific requirements your business must meet to enroll.
We do recommend reading through the Clearent terms before applying.
🔍 0.2 Finding Clearent Enrollment
You can find Clearent inside your Integrations Hub.
🏁 0.3 Starting Clearent Enrollment
Once you are ready, you can click on the 'GET STARTED' button.
After a few seconds of redirecting, Clearent will ask you to create a secure pin. It will help you get back to the form and finish it later if you choose to.
On the Credit for Comfort side, we will show the (1) time left until the form expires, (2) the link you can use to complete the form, and (3) the user email who initiated the form.
👀 0.4 Checking Enrollment Status
Any new status will update on the Clearent integrations card automatically.
Our team will reach out via email or a phone call if we do not see the status update as expected.
You might see some of the following statuses:
Initiated,
Setup Created,
Manual Review,
Approved,
Boarded
⛵️ 0.5 After the Enrollment
Once your status changes to Boarded, you are all ready to start collecting payments!
Once this feature is active, you will see the Payment Processing tab on your home screen.
